Welcome Welcome to TekeliaKelly.com, a rebirth of the vocal artistry, literary, and other creative works of singer, songwriter, recording artist, and engineer Tekelia Cassaundra (Crutcher) Kelly. TekeliaKelly.com is a history project; dedicated to “celebrating life through song”! It is designed to preserve the life of 20th century American classic songs, songwriters, and performers; as well as Tekelia’s own songs, performances and creations. Tekelia’s music portfolio includes world-wide published discography, and originally-written songs sang and played by her on the piano as far back as 1976. A freelance business owner of Tekelia C. Kelly Enterprises, Tekelia has not quit her “day job” as the old adage goes in the entertainment industry. Instead she has combined her Performing Arts and Instructional Design Systems Engineering careers to create TekeliaKelly.com, and companion “Precious Memories”, where she “celebrates life through song…and story”. Amidst her resources as a professional singer, songwriter and music publisher is Sisters In Business.net; her marketing network where she promotes businesses and events, including her own. Through TekeliaKelly.com and Precious Memories the artist performs songs and produces presentations for special events and occasions; including video of clients’ photos set to the music of their choice, and then saved to DVD. Presentations can include captions, stories, graphics, voice-overs, and animations;

Tekelia Kelly has performed for numerous audiences at major events and venues during her career as a professional singer; including the world’s fair, television shows, national commemorative ceremonies, theaters, sporting events, festivals, and churches. She has shared the stage with celebrities such as Jennifer Holiday, Mavis Staples, Sybil Shephard, Patti Austin, Calvin Lockhart, and O'lander Draper to name a few. A history-maker herself, the former Miss Black Chattanooga (Tennessee) is also one of Memphis, Tennessee’s original “music town” performers of the 1980’s; headlining at Libertyland and Beale Street, and appearing at the Orpheum Theatre, Peabody Hotel and National Civil Rights Museum. Tekelia was also signed as a recording artist with the legendary Sounds of Memphis Studios. Today, you can hear her rare recordings at ITunes, Amazon, Napster, MySpace and other music outlets.
