Sisters In Business will not share, sell or otherwise reveal any data other than the client’s data which is made available to us from client, via client’s website, or through clients designated representative; for the purpose of networking, marketing, and advertising, building relationships with others outside inside and outside of the network; which is the nature and purpose of this Sisters In Business; and except in the event of suspected fraud. In which case, we may share any and all data collected with those whom we believe are the appropriate authorities.

3. We review our site statistics from time to time. This data tells us the number of users visiting the site each day and if they were referred by another website. Typically the statistics we review do not allow for identification of individual users, though it might tell us the originating ISP's of users. Should we obtain this information through our statistics program, we do not retain it and will not share this information with any outsiders except as specified under paragraph four (4) below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT (Part 2 of 2: Business Operations)

(By completing the registration, application form, becoming setup as member of SIB websites, using this site, and/or subscribing to be SIB member you accept the Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers Agreement.)

1. sistersinbusiness.net (SIB) is a private for-profit independently owned sole proprietorship business enterprise providing solutions and services to network and market businesses; an organizational entity with business license and incorporation, but not an organization like that of the chamber of commerce.  SIB operates as one of the assumed names of Tekelia C. Kelly Enterprises, LLC. 

2. Tekelia C. Kelly Enterprises, LLC also is doing business as Sisters In Business, SIB, sistersinbusiness.net, SistersInBusiness.Net, and For Your Information (FYI), Tekelia C. Kelly, Founder/Owner/Publisher, The Welcome Wagon, and will be referred to as TCK for remainder of this document.  

3. Use of Name: for stating Membership Only, not to be associated with any member event, activity, etc.  No name association with member service, events, groups, offering, parties, etc. without approval of SIB   No Subgroups and any other kind of group using SIB name without approval of SIB. 

4. SIB sells Online Hosting Services Subscriptions and Networking Group Meetings Membership (Subscribing Customer Memberships, Website presence , Marketing and Advertising, , SIB Networking Group, Soul of Chattanooga Welcome Wagon Services, Tours, SIBay Online Shopping & Selling, FYI sells  business and computer technology support service to include Business Consulting, Performance Improvement, computer training, and project management. 

5. Privacy Policy:  SIB will not intentionally or not directly sell client personal contact information without client’s permission, and unless such information is provided by client as part of client’s business profile.  Further the very nature of SIB is to provide information and content on network members and their businesses, for marketing, advertising, networking, and exchanging business, thus FYI should not be restricted or held liable for any information provided by members to SIB, as is necessary to do to market SIB clients and for becoming a part of SIB network. 

6. Confidentiality.  Members are asked to only discuss the Business of SIB in the context of soliciting and generating membership. Discussion about SIB’s internal operations, functions, campaigns, promotions, etc. is forbidden.  SIB Sponsored Events and Partnerships are to be set up only by owner of SIB. 

7. Public Relations, Marketing, & Management.  All marketing promotions, communications, announcements, media PR, and publicity is to be conducted at the sole discretion of Tekelia C. Kelly Enterprises, LLC, except where written authority is given to designated individual's) and only via company’s official press/media release form detailing content, platform, and duration for such marketing and advertising.  Public relations, marketing campaigns, strategic relationships and business plans for, with, or involving SIB must be solely that of and approved by Sisters In Business and Tekelia C. Kelly. 

8. SIB reserves the right to edit and revise at publisher’s discretion without repercussions.  All materials, information, content, subject matter, media, etc provided by member both directly and indirectly from members own website or other means for publishing on SIB website, in SIB newsletter, magazines, radio/TV media, and so forth, becomes the property of TCK Enterprises.

9. Publishing involving alcoholic socialized drinking, smoking, gambling, homosexuality, and is not appropriate and will be avoided by SIB. Subscriber gives consent to SIB to write, develop, and publish content at discretion of SIB Publisher. 

10. SIB social activity will be limited to that only sponsored by SIB.  No Social clubbing, partying, alcohol type events, dating type services, on website or in relationship with members’ businesses or activities will be published. 

11. SIB name should not be used a part of any group for marketing, advertising, networking, without review and written approval from SIB. 

12. SIB Members are expected to operate businesses with good ethics, morals, and values, and high standards at all times, and failure to do so, or acts of misconduct, abuse, neglect, ill-intent are grounds for rescinding of or membership or dismembering. 

13. All applications, applicants, and their businesses must be reviewed prior to membership being granted.  SIB reserves the right to review, refuse, and/or rescind applications, applicants, and/or business as needed for the benefit of the network and clientele at-large. 

14. Disclaimers: The views and opinions of our Subscribing Members, Customers, and Sponsors, do not necessarily reflect the viewpoints and positions of Sisters In Business Establishment, sistersinbusiness.net and SistersInBusiness.Net websites, and the sistersinbusiness.net Newsletter and Magazine. 

15. SIB reserves the right to alter limits on quantity amount of publishing’s and number of request for posting and web page updates as company grows in volume. 

16. “Sister of the Month” will be chosen at the discretion of SIB Publisher. Frequency of newsletter, emails, meetings, magazines, and other communications both electronic, media, and print are at the discretion of publisher. 

17. SIB reserves the right to change networking meetings format, promotional packages, service plans, informational content, terms and conditions, products and services offerings, and any related pricing as deemed necessary and to accommodate company growth.  Efforts will be made to communicate price changes prior to, but is not required. 

18. SIB will not be held responsible, liable, or deemed negligent for any lack of data lost electronically or due to unforeseeable causes, acts of Gods, technical complications, incompatible data transmissions, and/or power loss. 

19. Networking Meetings as of April 3, 2006 are scheduled to occur once per month. 

20. Meetings may include Meet & Greets, NAME (Networking, Advertising, Marketing Education and Exchange of Info) activities/exercises, promotional strategies such as gift baskets sponsored by business, special marketing kits, coupons, etc.; Marketing Minutes, Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Consultant Guest, and Table Topic Discussions as designed by and at the discretion of SIB. 

21. After the annual SIB Membership Drive Meetings have ended, given a target date of April 30, 2006, meetings will be closed to public and for members and their invited/referred guests.  Networking meetings are intended to NAME Member Businesses, that is NAME (Network, Market, Advertise, and Education/Exchange). 

22. Showcase Meeting (mini-tradeshows) are expected to be bi-monthly to allow members the opportunity to showcase their product, services, skills, wares, etc. Showcase meetings are planned to be open to community as well as members, and invited guests of members. 

23. These terms and conditions are subject to change.  SIB reserves the right to add, change, or delete these terms and conditions as needed. 

24. SIBay is an online shopping and selling marketplace that allows Chattanooga businesses to do ECommerce with those in their own backyard; developing relationships within the local community while keeping the money in Chattanooga. 

25. Free announcements can be requested and will one per month for each subscribing member. 

26. Payments for SIB membership and other products and services can be made online  via website. 

27. Website links, pages, and URLs, etc. are subject to change. 

28. Lead times, processing “turn-around” times, and deadlines, as well as itemized services price list will be made available upon request via SIB office and posted on SIB websites, and are subject to change.

29. Ad submissions and announcements are made available to Membership Drive applicants and good through  April 30, 2006.  Free SIBay advertisements Announcements are limited to one per month per business/owner. 

30. Certain types of ads may be free and if so will be made free once per month per business/owner.   

31. However, most ads will be categorized and listed at an itemized cost, based on type of ad and period of time it runs. 

32. Every SIB customer will shift to VIP Membership status effective May 1, 2006. Existing website portals and pages for those Membership Drive applicants pages will be grandfathered in “as is”, and henceforth subject to VIP membership benefits.
33. 33. Benefits for VIP Membership will be made available upon request from SIB and will be posted on SIB websites.  Includes 1 each member announcement and SIBay ad per month.  Additional ad/announcements are available for purchase under other SIB service packages.  (See Service Fee Table")
34. Application/membership fee is for one-time setup of member web portal, a rental space on SIB website, and is non-refundable.

34. The select service features such as business/owner bio page, store/office/shop page, and other amenities made available through the Membership Package will be available for itemized fee effective May 1, 2006. 

35. Effective May, 1, 2006 a QA procedure will be implemented to assure the content and quality of work performed on website packages for SIB and its clients; and used for sign-off on work completed by service provider and customer/user.

36. Several types of service packages for member’s website portal/page updates and maintenance will be offered. 

37. A fee schedule will be available upon request via SIB office, and posted on SIB websites. 

38. There are set terms and conditions for doing business on SIBay, which include limitations on number of entries with and time duration for advertising and selling.  Terms and conditions can be found via SIB office or SIB websites. 

39. A year round subscription of membership is defined as year from time you join. 

40. Newsletter (print) may be published monthly or quarterly as deemed fit for SIB business operations. 

41. Newsletter (online) may be published monthly or bimonthly as deemed fit for SIB business operations. 

42. Package Plans Membership/Premier Start-up Package of $100 is initial cost and is scheduled to be effective through April 30. 2006.  After which time, membership price will increase and be classified as SIB VIP Membership Package, with offerings as outline by and found in updated SIB price schedule.
43. Allow 7-10 business days from receipt of members website package setup materials (photos, flyers, coupons, for setup and publishing of business directory, storefront pages, business and owner pages, textual content, and all related links, websites, emails as a part of members website package. 
44. Allow 3-5 business days from receipt of members requests/announcement's) or SIBay ad(s) materials (photos, flyers, coupons, for publishing. 
45. Please allow for 1-5 business days from time of interview as part of membership pre-enrollment process where possible, for us to get back with you regarding our results.

 COMPANY MISSION STATEMENT & CREED

Sisters In Business.Net (SIB) is a for-profit organization which offers traditional and state-of-the-art business solutions.  SIB works to strengthen the socio-economic position of small(er) women-owned businesses, and empower  them to perform more effectively in the business marketplace.  SIB advocates strategic networking, to include customer referrals, knowledge sharing, partnerships, and resource leveraging internally between its members, as well as networking with other business associates externally.  SIB provides marketing and advertising campaigns online via the world wide web, and offline via special interest groups and public sectors.  SIB offers a member directory and newsletter in both online and print formats; web portal storefronts; and a SIBay online shopping showcase for displaying members’ products and services.   SIB provides education, training, and mentoring services, as well as business forums, knowledge asset information, subject matter expert advice, and a business development resource center.  SIB advocates the building of relationships and partnerships between SIB members, and those in the marketplace and companies; for the prosperity of member businesses, the general economy, and the community at large. SIB is also a service and social organization, which sponsors special public events to promote member businesses; and in answer to the “special niche” needs/interests of women doing business, from the consumer to the service provider, all while having a "heart and soul for doing business". 

SIB’s purpose is to develop small/smaller women-owned businesses by generating traditional and online (E*Commerce) business trade between other businesses, advertisers, corporate sponsors, customers, supporters, and the community;

Our purpose is to help SIB members progress and prosper in their businesses, as well as within, and along with the  communities they serve, and the business economy at-large; to mentor, encourage, build up, and help sustain small women-owned businesses.

SIB’s objectives are as follows:

 to network, market, and empower the woman entrepreneur by promoting her creative and innovative genius, business products and service, through aggressive business marketing and advertising campaigns, leveraging all business organization memberships and relationships.

to stage and present member products and services in an dynamically appealing fashion,

to strengthen sisters' opportunities to sell and do business both in traditional in-store/shop/office business settings, as well as interactively online both serving customers locally and world-wide.

to provide business education and information resources to keep fellow-sisters abreast of each others’ businesses, and provide vital business information such as business service requests, job bids, project/contract opportunities, and community developments, enabling her to compete more equitably in the business market;  

to help in the development and mentoring of sisters, considered as women and girls, of every race, creed, color, origin, culture and on every level (personally, economically, and spiritually); to build sisterhood as a part of building neighborhoods and the community, and as a part of the Great Commission to love, minister, and do good. 

SIB operates with “the heart and soul of doing business”, pledging to see that “no sister in business is left with out the resources and solutions it needs to succeed in business.  SIB recognizes, appreciates, and celebrates the very honorable legacy and livelihood of African-American women entrepreneurs of the past, as well as all women entrepreneurs then, now, and tomorrow.  SIB also embraces and supports men and children in business as an integral part of the business equation for community, and business marketplace and society at large.

SIB caters to the smaller small business, having grass roots beginnings, born out of necessity, or born out of will.  SIB is dedicated to seeing that businesses grow-up and develop at every phase of busienss development: from exploring to emerging to established and empowered businesses.

Further, it is the mission of Sisters In Business.Net to serve the community, and help further its socio-economic, and human  development of all mankind by advocating sisterhood and brotherhood while doing business.  The basis for this company  is to show kindness, respect, goodwill, support, empowerment, and prosperity practices to all in which it has relationship.

1. Seek you first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you

2. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge God, and He will direct your path.

3. Delight yourself also in the Lord and He shall give you the desires of your heart.  Commit thy way unto the Lord and he shall bring it to pass.

4. Prosper and be in good heath.  Prosper even as your soul prospers.

5. God gives the wisdom to make wealth.

6. Faith is the substance of things hoped for; the evidence of things not seen.  Without faith it is impossible to please God.
