Sisters In Business "Holiday Shopping Showcase & Business Expo" Chattanooga, TN November 4, 2006 Bigger, better, and buying like never before! Back by popular demand. Sisters In Business is proud to present another vendor showcase event—this one entitled "The Sisters In Business Holiday Shopping Showcase & Business Expo", featuring sister-owned and other business exhibitors, with products and services for everyone.
We are inviting exhibitors of all kinds who offer jewelry,
fashions, handbags, hats, shoes, fragrances,
candles, floral
designs, art & crafts,
books, pictures, decorated accessories, gift and novelty
items; as well as those who provide hair, facial, spa, catering, wedding, health
and wellness, financial, community, and agency type services.** Yes, we
heard you, our Chattanooga vendors and customers, say you wanted another
marketplace showcase...soon.
Well here it is, one that is sure to be a wonderful event, and offer a unique variety of vendors from all over the
southeast region. The event will also serve as a fundraiser for the the Chattanooga Community Kitchen. Your $1.00 admission price will help make a difference in the community over the holidays. And should you wish to further help the cause, your canned food donations will also be graciously accepted at the Community Kitchen, or our Sisters In Business event that day. After all, it's a Sisters In Business "thing", and you know we believe that "it's not just about making money, but making a difference in someone's life." Mission This Sisters In Business event is designed to provide Sisters In Business Clients and Partners, as well as all others in the business marketplace a marketing venue for showcasing their business and doing business with the public; to stimulate trade and business transactions between businesses and consumer for goods, products, and services, and for networking. This event is suitable for all vendors, to include home-based businesses, commercial, merchant, and informational services. However emphasis is placed on holiday shopping type merchants/exhibits, and majority allocation of SIB booths has been made for this purpose. The Sisters In Business Holiday Shopping Showcase and Business Expo is being advertised via television stations, news papers, women's journals, online newsletters, and E-Mail Marketing to a target audience of about 50, 000 people. This event is also to serve as a fundraiser for the Chattanooga Community Kitchen.

The
Sisters In Business Holiday Shopping Showcase and Business Expo
will be advertised via television stations, news papers, women's journals,
online newsletters, and E-Mail Marketing whenever possible. Also, advertisements are being made through the
communication channels of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce,
Chattanooga African American Chamber of Commerce, Community Kitchen ,
Woman's Way, Scenic City Women's Network, Sisters In Business Network, and other Sisters In Business supporters,
sponsors, and partners. Invitations and advertisements are being
sent throughout the Southeast region, covering Chattanooga and
surrounding counties, Knoxville, Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Memphis,
TN; and parts of Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama. There will
be a
$1.00 donation for admission to
public to benefit the Chattanooga Community Kitchen. Monetary
donations are accepted as well as canned food donations, which can be
delivered both at Chattanooga Community Kitchen and on site at Sisters
In Business event on Nov. 4.

Vendor Incentives Vendors will reap the benefits of being publicized to a target audience of over 50,000 people Southeast region, covering Chattanooga and surrounding counties, Knoxville, Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Memphis, TN; and parts of Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama, generating good people attendance and vendor earning potential. Further, given this very well known time of year for kicking-off the holiday season and shopping, we expect an increase in people's demand and desire to shop, make better the opportunity to do business and make money for the vendor. Vendors Business Name will called-out, recognized, published in print, on website, and via E-mail; advertising and marketing campaigns will be made via radio, TV, Print Flyers, and Postal Mailings whenever possible. Publicity will also be given to vendors and their donated items. Vendors are encouraged to donate, as this increases visibility and marketability. Vendor package also includes a 6 foot display table, clothed and skirted/or toaster covered, 2 chairs, table sign, id badge; free parking on property as available; garage parking also available on property. 1 month Advertising (same ad 1/week) in the Sisters In Business Online Newsletter for one month Email Fan-outs broadcasting all vendors and their special offerings.
Vendor Specifications
Vendors can participate as a
home base, commercial, merchant, infomercial, government, or service
type vendors offering public goods and services, with an emphasis on
offerings related to the holiday shopping season. Vendor can decorate table with a Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday theme. Table cloths will be provided for each exhibitor table. Vendor will be given flyers and promotional email for announcing your booth and participation in the event, and to pass out to friends, co-workers, family, and other business colleagues. Vendor booth will serve as a "business store front" where exhibitors can market business, network, and sell!!! Vendor logo or photo is needed for email broadcasts.
