During the month of February 2006, SIB celebrated Black History and the Grand Opening of its "SISTERS-IN-BUSINESS.COM NETWORK. SIB paid special tribute to the "legacy and livelihood" of African-American Women Business Owners.

All visitors and members are welcome to submit business cards, flyers,
brochures, signs in advance for staging in SIB Network Center (Info Hub) no
later than Tuesday, March 7 to Sharon's Adult Day Center. Otherwise please,
arrive at 5:00 PM the day of meeting with marketing materials to provide to
the SIB Network Center coordinator at Sharon’s.
There will also be a "Members Marketing Minutes" period, where any member
who wishes to make a 3-5 minutes marketing presentation about her business,
products, and services will have the opportunity to do so. If you are a
member and would like to be on the meeting agenda to present for this
purpose, please email your request (first come first serve and subject to
review) to Tekelia Kelly at
